If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

You may request cancellation or a personalization change within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, production may have begun and cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed. Personalized products are subject to the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported according to that policy.
