Personalized products are prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Golf Gift Hub offers free standard shipping on all orders to supported destinations, with no minimum purchase required. Available destinations and shipping options are confirmed at checkout. Optional expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge shown at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery to the United States generally takes 7–14 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates for other supported destinations and optional expedited shipping are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Standard shipping is free. Customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact hnsweetie@gmail.com within 6 hours of purchase to request a cancellation, personalization change, or address change. After 6 hours, production may have begun and cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.

LOST, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, or your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hnsweetie@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos when applicable. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
