Production time

Personalized products are made to order. Production takes approximately 2 calendar days after payment is received and all required personalization details and photos are complete and confirmed. Missing information or requested changes may delay the start of production.

U.S. delivery estimates

Standard shipping: approximately 14 calendar days after dispatch; approximately 16 calendar days in total including production.
Expedited shipping: approximately 7–10 calendar days after dispatch; approximately 9–12 calendar days in total including production.

These production and transit estimates use calendar days, including weekends. Expedited shipping speeds up transit, not production. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays and address issues may affect arrival. If you need your order for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping charges and destinations

Golf Gift Hub offers free standard shipping on all orders to supported destinations, with no minimum purchase required. Available destinations and shipping options are confirmed at checkout. Optional expedited shipping is charged separately at the amount shown at checkout. The U.S. transit estimates above do not apply to other countries; please contact us for an estimate for your destination before ordering.

Tracking, customs and taxes

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Customs duties, import taxes or local delivery fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations and changes

Contact hnsweetie@gmail.com within 6 hours of purchase to request cancellation, a personalization change or an address change. After 6 hours, production may have begun and cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery problems and free replacements

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. For items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or not as confirmed in your order, we offer a free replacement, including replacement shipping, after verification. If you decline a replacement or we cannot provide a reasonable remedy, you may request a refund. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for the request process, return shipping and refund details.
