Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

Golf Gift Hub offers free standard shipping on all orders to supported destinations, with no minimum purchase required. Available destinations and shipping options are confirmed at checkout. Optional expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Our personalized products are prepared with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery to the United States generally takes 7–14 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates for other supported destinations and optional expedited shipping are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or local postal conditions.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Standard shipping is free. Customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact hnsweetie@gmail.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Return or replacement requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Because personalized items are made to order, returns for preference changes, including confirmed color, text, photo, or layout choices, are not accepted.

Return Process

  1. Email hnsweetie@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
  2. We will review the request and provide return or replacement instructions when approved.
  3. After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the refund or replacement.

Refunds and Replacements

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional product or shipping charge.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation or a personalization change within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, production may have begun and cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed.
