PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Because each item is made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect customer-supplied personalization, or other non-defect reasons.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Return, replacement, or refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be made within 15 days of delivery. Email hnsweetie@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the request and provide return or replacement instructions when approved.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

After an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional product or standard shipping charge.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation or a personalization change within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, production may have begun and cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.
